SOPE: Thin, shallow shell of masa that's fried until it’s  just crisp, theinterior piled high with any number of fillings (like gorditas) topped with lettuce sour cream and cheese.

TORTAS: Big delicious sandwich, served on a crusty white sandwich roll. It is filled with a variety of meats, mayonnaise, tomato, avocado, onion and cheese. As  well as your choice of chipotle or jalapeño.
